Douglas Marcille, Esq., Director, CEO, and President, is a certified public accountant and attorney with over thirty (30) years of experience in financial, management, tax accounting, business and tax law. He has extensive experience dealing with management, human resources, MIS, accounting, financial reporting and tax issues of public, private, and international companies in broad spectrum of industries and products/services.

Mr. Marcille has served as CEO, CFO, Treasurer, Accountant and General Counsel to companies in various industries. He also was an International Tax Senior Manager with the public accounting firm of Ernst and Young.

Mr. Marcille is admitted to the Massachusetts Bar and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is a summa cum laude graduate of the University of Rhode Island and earned his Juris Doctorate at Boston University School of Law.
