     Our natural gas customers have everything to gain and nothing to lose! USG&E delivers the natural gas directly to each utility – thus, the transition is invisible to our customers – except, of course, they will see saving on their gas bill. The utility continues to maintain the infrastructure of gas lines, deliver the gas, read the meters and respond to emergencies and the customer receives the same high-quality service, with the same reliability, but at a lower price.
